Maud’s Single-Serve Brewer

I was gifted the IB coffee maker and loved it! After 2 years it is on it's last leg. It's perfect for me but seems now I can't buy another. :( when I wentto the page they are sold out and when I type my email address in the "notify me" box, it won't accept the request.

I wish I had realized that a single-serve brewer actually meant that I have to add water each & every time I make a cup of coffee. Wish I read into the description in more detail. Not sure what I'll do with this unit, my hubby doesn't like adding water each time.

The more features and innovations a product has the sooner it will fail. Some just a bad cup of coffee but others steam explosions, leaking reservoirs, and electrical fires. Clamping the brew chamber closed is absolute must for safety and longevity of the coffee maker. I know Maud's mainly sells specialty coffee pods but I use a reusable k-cup and it works nicely. Please note that Maud's parent company sells this coffee maker to the hospitality industry.
